    STORAGE

    Initially, presentation of the digital proof images is shared only by the Client and PHOTOARTEL.
    It is then, the Client has the right to exclude any image from further development for any reason.
    The Client may elect to share the link to the presentation with anyone.

    COPYRIGHT AWARENESS

    It might come as a surprise, but you do not own the copyright on images, shot by a professional photographer, even though you paid for their creation.
    By US copyright laws the creator of a photo is the copyright owner.
    By sending us a digital image for retouching you certify that you own the copyright or have permission of the copyright owner to modify the photo (Reproduction Release Form).
